Welcome to Next Level Performance, the go-to for student-athlete training in East Tennessee. Next Level offers athletic training, including speed, agility, and strength training, for all sports. But it doesnโt stop there. Thanks to our partners, we can also provide athlete recovery, basketball-focused training, and academic prep. All-in-all creating a center for student-athletes to push themselves physically and mentally to grow to the next level.

Weโre not your average gym. Next Levelโs programs are designed to educate and develop the skills and mind of the youth athlete.ย
Next Levelโs experienced team of trainers is incomparable. Most of our trainers were college athletes themselves and/or are/have been coaches, so they know what it takes to help an athlete succeed.
Our facility is over 30,000 sq. ft of training space that includes a turf area, batting nets, free weights space, as well as a full-court basketball court. And thatโs just for the physical training, we also have a designated space for athlete recovery, locker rooms with showers, and private meeting spaces for studying or team activities.
